the poster is misleading. I think what it wanted to say was- 15pesos/hr, per minute charging. Meaning you can play for, i.e, 30 minutes and not pay the whole 15pesos (which is good for 1 hr).
yep we all know it is misleading. that's the thing that we are laughing at. bad advertising can confuse lots of people. and what's really ridiculous is that there were no revisions to the print ad whatsoever. let any person read the ad and they will be confused by the time they read "per minute charging".
